Job summary

Pella Windows and Doors of the Carolinas is seeking a Field OV Specialist to manage the order verification process for our Charleston-area customers. You will gather site requirements, communicate installation steps, and help ensure customer satisfaction throughout the installation journey.

Role requires strong construction knowledge, keen attention to measurements, safety, and collaboration with sales and installation teams. Travel to various job sites is expected.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of related education/experience in building materials or construction.
• High School graduate required.

Responsibilities

• Fully knowledgeable on all aspects of the Order Verification Process.
• Responsible for the timely execution of the Order Verification process.
• Communicates effectively with customers and serves as a professional Pella representative on all job-sites.
• Sets realistic expectations with homeowners about the installation process.
• Takes and records accurate measurements; performs site inspections for water intrusion, rot, mold, and other issues.
• Ensures safety rules are followed and coordinates with sales and installers for order fulfillment.
