Job summary

Achieve, a leading digital personal finance company, seeks a VP of Strategic Finance & FP&A in the United States. You will own planning, forecasting, and performance analysis, partnering with Capital Markets to tie operating results to funding and enterprise value.

This builder-operator role reports to the CFO and will shape budgeting, forecasting, and executive reporting. You will lead a cross-functional FP&A team, drive scenario analysis, and own board and investor materials.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of senior experience in FP&A, strategic finance, corporate development, investment banking, or private equity.
• MBA/CFA/CPA preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own the planning and performance cycle for Achieve enterprise and its business units, including budgets and forecasts.
• Lead driver-based forecasting across volume, unit economics, credit, funding costs, and operating leverage.
• Serve as the primary source for reporting to the board, lenders, and investors with KPI frameworks and dashboards.
• Partner with Capital Markets on funding, liquidity, and treasury activities; oversee day-to-day treasury operations.
• Build, lead, and mentor FP&A and strategic finance talent across functions.
