Job summary

Achieve, a leading U.S. fintech unicorn with a people-first culture, seeks an experienced FP&A leader to own planning, forecasting, and strategic finance. You will report to the CFO, partner with Capital Markets, and drive monthly reviews and board-ready reporting.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in senior FP&A or strategic finance, advanced modeling, and expertise in Excel, SQL, and BI tools. You will help evaluate M&A opportunities and shape the company’s financial strategy.

Qualifications

• 10+ years senior FP&A or strategic finance experience.
• Advanced modeling capabilities with strong Excel, SQL and BI skills.
• Experience evaluating M&A opportunities and presenting to the board.

Responsibilities

• Own planning cycle, driver-based forecasting, and monthly reviews.
• Lead strategic finance, M&A evaluation, and board reporting.
• Partner with CFO and Capital Markets to align financial strategy.
