Job summary

engineeredfloors is seeking a Builder Multifamily Specialist to service EF dealers and drive specified residential flooring products to national and regional builders and multi-family management companies. You will manage the full sales cycle, provide product knowledge, travel with regional teams, and help establish contracts with major accounts while maintaining strong customer relationships.

This role requires frequent travel, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a proven track record selling

Qualifications

• Experience dealing with national/regional builders and multifamily management.
• Strong relationships with top customers in each category.
• Ability to travel extensively weekly by air, auto, and rail.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform sales calls, travel to customer facilities, share information, present, quote prices, take orders, and close transactions.
• Provide superior customer service before, during, and after sales transactions to resolve issues.
• Build relationships and manage high-volume accounts for large contracts, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Establish sales objectives for the territory with the District Manager and ensure policy compliance.
• Communicate customer requirements and coordinate with other departments as necessary.
• Monitor territory performance and take strategic action to improve results.
• Collaborate with the specification team to implement national account specifications.
• Provide reports and other sales information as requested.
• Travel with regional sales personnel.
• Set up displays in showrooms and design centers.
• Conduct product knowledge training sessions for dealers and end users.
