Job summary

Cornerstone Home Lending, a division of Cornerstone Capital Bank, is seeking a Builder Forward Specialist in Houston to price, commit, and invoice builder forward commitments, and to serve as the branches' point of contact for related activities.

You will maintain data in QRM for the hedge, provide reporting for Secondary Markets, and assist with extensions, loan moves, and pair offs, while ensuring accuracy and timely payments.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in Secondary Marketing or Mortgage Capital Markets.
• Experience with builder forwards preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Highly organized with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• High attention to detail is essential.

Responsibilities

• Price and commit builder forward commitments.
• Invoice and track payments for commitments.
• Maintain forward commitment data in QRM for the hedge.
• Provide reporting for Secondary Markets, Capital Markets, and branches/JVs.
• Price, execute, and invoice extensions at the commitment level.
• Assist branches/JVs with loan moves, extensions, and pair-offs.
• Track and bill commitment overages.
• Engage with branches/JVs to support builder relationships.
• Improve process efficiencies across duties.
