Cornerstone Home Lending, a division of Cornerstone Capital Bank, is seeking a Builder Forward Specialist in Houston, TX. You will price, commit, track, and bill builder forward commitments, acting as the primary liaison for branches and JV partners on builder forward activities.

The role requires 2 years in Secondary Marketing or Mortgage Capital Markets, with builder forwards experience preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, along with strong organizational and analytical

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in Secondary Marketing or Mortgage Capital Markets.
• Prior experience with builder forwards preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft products: Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams.
• Organized with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• High attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Price and commit builder forward commitments.
• Invoice and track payments for commitments.
• Maintain forward commitment data in QRM for the hedge.
• Provide reporting for Secondary, Capital Markets, and branches/JVs.
• Price, execute, and invoice extensions at the commitment level.
• Assist branches/JVs with commitments through loan moves, extensions, and pair offs.
• Track and bill commitment overages.
• Engage with branches/JVs to support builder relationships.
• Improve efficiencies in related processes.
