Job summary

Cornerstone Home Lending seeks a seasoned Product and Pricing Specialist to support our teams nationwide. The role focuses on pricing scenarios, relocks, renegotiations, and lock extensions for loan officers, ensuring accurate product selection and pricing policy adherence.

You will collaborate across departments, generate internal pricing reports, and stay current with program changes and investor guidelines. A strong customer service ethic and mortgage product knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ mortgage pricing experience.
• Experience with loan products and pricing.
• Familiar with FHA, VA, CONV, and USDA.
• Knowledge of non-QM products.
• Experience with Empower LOS.

Responsibilities

• Assist Loan Officers & Teams with Pricing, Relocks, Renegotiations, and Lock Extensions.
• Assist Loan Officers with finding the right product for a borrower’s scenario.
• Work with all departments throughout the Company.
• Facilitate lock cancellations and program/term changes per pricing policies.
• Review loan programs, branch margins, and pricing adjustments for accuracy.
• Renegotiate pricing and terms on individual loans under management guidance.
• Navigate investor websites and read product guidelines.
• Produce internal reports to aid pricing decisions and pipeline management.
• Stay up-to-date on pricing reports, program changes, and internal policies.
• Handle high-volume phone and email support efficiently.
