Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in mortgage loan origination.
• Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license or ability to obtain within 60 days.
• Proven track record of successful loan origination.
• Ability to manage a consistent loan pipeline effectively.
• Strong analytical capabilities to interpret complex financial data.
• Exceptional communication and relationship management skills.
