Job summary

Town & Country Title Services LLC seeks a dynamic Builder Escrow Coordinator to staff its Kansas City metro operations. This role works with builder and mortgage partners to deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout homebuying or refinancing.

Responsibilities include managing the closing process, reviewing contracts, preparing settlement statements, and ensuring compliance with title and lender requirements. Travel to closings may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience as an escrow closer/officer for a title company or escrow company.
• Current Notary and licensed to close KS and MO properties.
• Proficient with title insurance and regulatory guidelines.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall closing process on assigned files/clients.
• Maintain a professional relationship with customers.
• Provide the status of the transaction throughout the closing process to the appropriate customers.
• Review contract, title commitment, and lender instructions to prepare settlement statements and closing documents.
• Coordinate signatures, handle good funds, and meet title and lender requirements.
• Verify receipt of good funds and disburse those funds to parties.
