Job summary
Qualifications
- Must hold current Notary and be qualified to conduct closings for Kansas and Missouri properties.
- Experience closing builder, resale, and refinance files in title/escrow.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Manage the overall closing process on assigned files/clients.
- Maintain professional relationships with customers throughout the closing.
- Prepare settlement statements and required real estate documents.
- Verify good funds and disburse to appropriate parties.
