Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with escrow processes and builder or real estate transactions.
• Knowledge of closing procedures, settlement statements, and funding/disbursement activities.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Notary commission or eligibility to become a Notary Public.
• High level of accuracy, organization and time management.
• Proficiency with office software and title/escrow systems; prior title insurance experience preferred.
• Diploma or degree in business, finance, or real estate preferred but not required; relevant work experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Set up new escrow accounts for builder-related files from opening through closing.
• Review purchase agreements and closing instructions for accuracy.
• Coordinate with builders, buyers, lenders and internal staff to collect documents and funds.
• Prepare settlement statements and organize closings.
• Manage disbursements and maintain accurate records per policies and regulatory requirements.
• Respond to inquiries and provide status updates to ensure a smooth closing experience.
• Support proactive communication and strong customer service throughout the process.
