Job summary

Town & Country Title Services LLC seeks a dynamic Builder Escrow Coordinator to staff its Kansas City metro operations. You will close builder purchases and refinances, coordinating with internal affiliates to deliver a smooth customer experience from contract review to final funding.

You will handle settlement statements, verify funds, and ensure compliance with title and lender requirements while maintaining strong client relationships and accuracy across multiple files daily.

Qualifications

• Experience as an escrow closer/officer for a title/escrow company
• Must be a current Notary and qualified to conduct closings for Kansas and Missouri properties
• Must have licensure to act as an Escrow Officer in Kansas and Missouri
• Strong knowledge of title insurance, regulations, and real property law
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple closings
• Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills

This position will work closely with Town & Country’s affiliated builder and mortgage partners, helping these partners provide an outstanding customer experience throughout the homebuying or refinance process.What will you do in this role?The Builder Escrow Coordinator provides closing services for residential builder purchases and refinance transactions, with a particular focus on integration with internal affiliate clients.Primary Duties and Responsibilities:Manage the overall closing process on assigned files/clients.Maintain a professional relationship with customers.Provide the status of the transaction throughout the closing process to the appropriate customers.Review contract, title commitment, and lender instructions in order to prepare settlement statements and the necessary real estate documents for closing.Work with contractual presenters to provide a professional closing experience to include: obtaining appropriate signatures, handling of good funds, and meeting all title and lender requirements.Verify receipt of good funds and disburse those funds to appropriate parties.Other Duties and Responsibilities:Team player.
