Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking a Lead Builder Development Specialist to establish and run the Builder Development Program (BDP) in the region. This role serves as the main point of contact and coordinates coaches, project teams, and business units to provide equitable development opportunities.

You will manage program content, coordinate facilitators and visits, and ensure consistent delivery across regions. This is a full-time role with travel to sites and offices as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in a large commercial construction environment or equivalent experience.
• Experience in managing construction projects at DPR.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Trainer or Facilitator; experience creating training content preferred.
• Coaching and mentoring experience.
• Experience with staffing projects and monitoring the performance of the assigned resources.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the implementation and continuation of the BDP program in the region.
• Active member of the BDP Team; maintains program consistency through regular check-ins and communication.
• Communicates the program format, content, and administration requirements to a wide audience.
• Reports progress, challenges, and results to the Initiative Lead and coordinates with the Initiative Manager and other Specialists.
• Monitors curriculum achievement through centralized tracking tools, including evaluations and assessments with coaches.
• Manages the calendar of activities including rotations, events, and meetings.
• Identifies, solicits, organizes, calendars, and coordinates facilitators, speakers, and site visits.
• Facilitates group sessions and engages participants in a cohort to share experiences in a safe space.
