Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking a LD Builder Development Specialist to lead the Builder Development Program in the region. You will support project teams, coaches, and business units with training to ensure equitable development opportunities and consistent experience.

You will be the regional program contact, coordinating with the Initiative Lead and Manager to drive progress. You’ll develop content, manage facilitators and events, track assessments, and ensure program alignment with company

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in a large commercial construction environment or equivalent experience.
Experience in managing construction projects at DPR.
At least 2 years of experience as a Trainer or Facilitator; experience creating training content preferred.
Coaching and mentoring experience.
Experience with staffing projects and monitoring performance of resources.
Experience with project management software and reporting/forecasting within DPR functions.
High attention to detail and strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Implement and continue the Builder Development Program (BDP) in the region.
Coordinate with Initiative Lead/Manager and BDP Team; regular progress updates.
Communicate program format, content, and administration requirements to broad audience.
Track evaluations and assessments; monitor curriculum achievement.
Schedule and coordinate facilitators, speakers, and site visits to support learning objectives.
Develop and curate BDP content with guidance from the BDP team.
Administer training announcements to employees and peer groups.
Assist participants and coaches needing additional development.
