Job summary

Nastase is seeking a Project Executive focused on the builder channel for our Residential Exteriors division. You will own the P&L with home builders, securing, expanding, and flawlessly executing high-volume exterior packages on new-construction homes.

This hybrid sales + operations leadership role blends selling, pricing, and ensuring production aligns with estimates. You are a builder partner, manage crews and schedules, maintain margins, and forecast revenue and margins monthly.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of sales and construction experience with home builders or GC level.
• Proven ability to price, defend, and protect gross margins while avoiding scope creep.
• Strong relationships with superintendents and builder networks.
• Fluent with BuilderTrend, ProCore, or CoConstruct; excels in forecasts and capacity models.
• Self-starter with ability to prospect, quote, schedule, and collect while keeping leadership informed.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on revenue targets while scaling a repeatable builder channel process.
• Onboard and retain qualified builders; aim for high renewal rates.
• Maintain production schedules and communicate with customers.
• Deliver monthly revenue and margin forecasts; flag risks early.
• Lead weekly builder pipeline reviews with Residential Leader.
