Job summary

Pacific-Exteriors-LL is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our Outside Sales team toward success. You will enforce estimating standards, manage the pipeline, and ensure every job leaving Sales is set up to profit.

As the accountability hub for sales KPIs, you will partner with the President on capacity planning, revenue forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration with Marketing and Operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales management or senior sales leadership.
• Direct experience leading estimators or field sales reps.
• Strong track record on revenue growth AND margin discipline.
• Comfort with CRMs, sales pipeline tools, and KPI-based management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; present to owners/homeowners.
• Data literate; comfortable with KPIs, dashboards, and reporting logic.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the Outside Sales Reps across our locations.
• Run the weekly sales team meeting: pipeline review, KPI review, coaching, blockers.
• Enforce the estimate-stage margin floor; ensure profitable signed estimates.
• Enforce approved sales strategy across all estimators; document performance actions.
• Own pipeline hygiene, conversion rate by category, and pipeline velocity.
• Drive weekly/monthly sales reporting to the President; oversee onboarding of new estimators.
