Job summary

Core Spaces is recruiting a Part-Time Leasing Associate for the Oxenfree community in Fort Worth. You will own the prospect experience, conduct tours, and drive occupancy while collaborating with the Community Manager - BTR and cross-functional teams to deliver a hospitality-driven resident experience.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in leasing or sales and strong communication, with proficiency in property management tools.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in leasing, sales, property management, or related customer-facing field.

Responsibilities

• Own the prospect experience from inquiry through lease execution and move-in coordination.
• Conduct community tours showcasing homes, amenities, and neighborhood features.
• Maintain an active prospect pipeline with follow-up and lead conversions.
• Explain lease terms, pricing, and promotions to prospective residents.
• Support local marketing and outreach to increase visibility and traffic.
• Coordinate resident transitions by assisting with applications, move-ins, and communications.
• Ensure records in property management systems are accurate and up-to-date.
