Job summary

Taylor Morrison is seeking a Superintendent to lead the construction of assigned communities. You will oversee the homebuilding process from planning to delivery, manage resources, ensure safety and quality, and maintain strong subcontractor relations while meeting budget and schedule targets.

The role requires experience in production homebuilding, strong communication and organizational skills, and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Must have 1+ years of construction experience or successfully completed the TM360 Learning curriculum
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction or related field preferred
• Strong reading of construction documents, drawings, specifications and schedules

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall homebuilding process
• Foster a team environment
• Build and maintain positive subcontractor relations
• Evaluate quality, safety, scheduling and cost controls
• Provide clear answers to buyers about how the home is built
• Ensure homes are completed on time and within budget
• Develop recovery strategies to maintain schedule and authorize payments for materials
• Manage post-close warranty process and scheduling of trades
• Maintain a clean, safe and visually appealing job site
• Perform other duties as assigned
