Job summary

Gurley Leep GM Giant in Mishawaka, IN is seeking a motivated Sales Specialist to help customers find the right vehicle and build a long-term career in automotive sales. You will thrive in a no-haggle sales environment and enjoy earning based on performance.

Responsibilities include building rapport, guiding buyers through the process, explaining options, following up after the sale, and connecting customers with service. We offer weekly pay, monthly bonuses, PTO, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Prior automotive sales experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, consultative, and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and an acceptable and clean driving record.

• Guide customers through the vehicle-buying process in a no-haggle sales environment.
