Job summary

Group 1 Buick GMC North is growing and seeking energetic sales professionals to represent cars, trucks, SUVs. You will greet customers, demo features, and guide them through the sales process from initial contact to financing and delivery.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory and incentives, follow up with prospects, and strive to meet monthly targets while delivering excellent service. Training and advancement opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Automotive sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers on the lot and showroom floor, building rapport to understand their needs and vehicle preferences
• Demonstrate vehicle features, technology, and performance capabilities through test drives and walkarounds
• Guide customers through the sales process from initial contact through financing and delivery
• Maintain up to date knowledge of current inventory, incentives, and competitor offerings
• Follow up with prospects and past customers to build long term relationships and generate repeat and referral business
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets while delivering a high quality customer experience
• Partner with the finance and sales management team to structure deals and close sales
• Accurately maintain customer records and update CRM with all interactions and follow ups
