Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Hualālai in Hawaii seeks a ULU AM Buffet Stocker to ensure a seamless breakfast experience at our oceanfront restaurant, ULU. You will keep the buffet well-presented, fully stocked, and maintained to the highest standards, supporting a fast-paced, guest-facing environment and contributing to an inviting morning atmosphere for our guests.

Applicants should have 3–12 months of relevant experience, be legally eligible to work in the United States, and be available on weekends

Qualifications

• Three to twelve months of restaurant, food and beverage, or equivalent experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down buffet equipment, utensils, signage, and food displays with attention to detail and presentation
• Replenish buffet items throughout service to ensure all offerings remain fresh, full, and visually appealing
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the buffet area, promptly addressing spills and ensuring a tidy environment
• Anticipate guest needs, respond to requests, and ensure satisfaction with a sense of urgency and care
• Assist with stocking linens, china, glassware, silverware, and food items for service
• Support preparation of simple items such as toast, soups, and beverages as needed
• Communicate effectively with the culinary team to ensure appropriate quantities of food are prepared and available
