Four Seasons Resort Hualālai in Hawaii seeks a passionate and service-focused Server to join our Food & Beverage team at ULU. This role delivers warm, personalized service for our morning dining experiences, with menu knowledge and genuine care for guests.

Successful candidates thrive in a fast-paced luxury environment and are able to multitask, communicate clearly, and work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Legal US work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant, food & beverage, or luxury hospitality preferred.
• Three months to one year of service experience required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Legal US work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, personalized and intuitive service that exceeds guest expectations.
• Provide detailed descriptions of menu offerings, ingredients and pairings.
• Share the ULU Ocean Grill and Hawai‘i Island story with authenticity.
• Enter orders into the POS system accurately and relay requests to kitchen.
• Coordinate food and beverage timing for exceptional presentation.
• Verify order accuracy and ensure service standards.
• Assist with payments and maintain professionalism.
• Support colleagues to foster a high-performing team.
• Uphold Four Seasons health regulations and food safety practices.

SERVER

Four Seasons Resort Hualālai is seeking a passionate and service-focused Server to join our Food & Beverage team at ULU. This role is responsible for creating exceptional morning dining experiences through personalized service, menu expertise, and genuine care for guests. Located along the shoreline of Four Seasons Resort Hualālai, ULU offers guests an elevated breakfast experience inspired by the flavors, culture, and natural beauty of Hawai'i Island. Each morning, guests enjoy thoughtfully prepared dishes featuring fresh local ingredients, seasonal fruits, house-made specialties, and regional favorites, all served in an unforgettable oceanfront setting. ULU’s breakfast experience combines genuine Hawaiian hospitality with the personalized, intuitive service that defines Four Seasons. WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Delivering warm, personalized, and intuitive service that exceeds guest expectations.


• Providing detailed and engaging descriptions of menu offerings, ingredients, preparation techniques, and beverage pairings.


• Sharing the story of ULU Ocean Grill, Four Seasons Resort Hualālai, and Hawai'i Island with authenticity and enthusiasm.


• Anticipating guest needs and responding promptly and professionally to requests and concerns.


• Accurately entering orders into the point-of-sale system and communicating special requests with culinary and service teams.


• Coordinating food and beverage timing to ensure exceptional presentation and guest satisfaction.


• Verifying order accuracy and delivering meals according to Four Seasons service standards.


• Processing payments and completing transactions accurately while maintaining accountability and professionalism.


• Collaborating with colleagues to foster a supportive team environment focused on excellence.


• Upholding all Four Seasons standards, health regulations, and food safety practices.

WHAT TO BRING

• Required by the Hawaii State Department of Health to obtain a Tuberculous (TB) clearance card when working in food and beverage


• Previous restaurant, food and beverage, luxury hospitality, or related experience preferred.


• Three months to one year of food and beverage service experience required.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.


• Ability to multitask and perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment.


• Ability to carry and balance serving trays safely.


• Ability to read food tickets accurately and communicate effectively with culinary and service teams.


• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.


• Legal authorization to work in the United States
