Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts seeks an ULU AM Buffet Stocker at Four Seasons Resort Hualālai in Hawaii. You will ensure the buffet is well-presented, stocked, and clean in a fast-paced, guest-facing setting.

Requires 3–12 months of restaurant, food and beverage experience and legal US work authorization. Weekend and holiday availability is required; the hourly rate is $24.79 with benefits and employee meals provided.

Qualifications

• Three to twelve months of restaurant, food and beverage, or equivalent experience is required.
• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States
• Weekend & Holiday availability required

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down buffet equipment, utensils, signage, and food displays with attention to detail and presentation
• Replenish buffet items throughout service to ensure all offerings remain fresh, full, and visually appealing
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the buffet area, promptly addressing spills and ensuring a tidy environment
• Anticipate guest needs, respond to requests, and ensure satisfaction with a sense of urgency and care
• Assist with stocking linens, china, glassware, silverware, and food items for service
• Support preparation of simple items such as toast, soups, and beverages as needed
• Communicate effectively with the culinary team to ensure appropriate quantities of food are prepared and available
