Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year previous F&B supervision/management experience required in FOH operations or relevant degree in hospitality program.
• Strong problem solving, quality control and priority assessment skills.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills; ability to read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the highest level of guest service in a fast-paced, high-volume dining environment.
• Interviewing, disciplining, training and scheduling staff.
• Lead team member shift meetings and supervise opening/closing duties.
• Resolve guest issues and maintain smooth dining experiences.
• Assist in staffing and coverage and understand sales goals.
