• Handles display cooking and carving duties according to guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Hot Choice Buffet items, including carving and display cooking, per Golden Corral recipes.
• Grill items to Golden Corral standards to ensure quality.
• Keep fried products fresh and hot; restock during downtime as needed.
• Assist guests with carved meat options when Carver is unavailable.
• Follow FIFO and maintain inventory and shelf life of hot cook products.
