• Prepares Hot Choice Buffet products, including Carving and Display Cooking items, according to Golden Corral recipes and procedures.
• Grills all items according to Golden Corral standards to ensure quality.
• Ensures that every fried product is always fresh and hot.
• Restocks items at the Display Cooking Station when the Buffet Attendant is unavailable.
• Assists guests with carved meat options when the Carver is unavailable.
• Follows the buffet production system to ensure quality and shelf life compliance.
• Maintains correct temperatures during cooking, holding and serving.
• Uses production guides to inventory hot cook products.
• Conducts opening and closing administrative procedures.
• Maintains equipment and rotates food using FIFO.
• Takes inventory with the Manager at shift start and end.
• Keeps Hot Cook area and smallwares clean; ensures dish cleanliness.
• Maintains duty roster and ensures cleanliness, service, and quality standards.
• Follows local health department laws.
• Keeps Char Grill clean and sanitized to ensure product quality.
• Ensures hot buffet products are always hot and fresh for guests.
• Maintains professional communication and supports guests with products.
