Golden Corral in O'Fallon, IL is seeking an energetic Cook to maintain the quality, quantity, and freshness of Hot Choice Buffet offerings. You will focus on speed, cleanliness, organization, and adherence to product specifications to ensure a great guest experience.

Responsibilities include preparing and grilling buffet items per Golden Corral recipes, restocking Display Cooking and Carving stations when needed, maintaining temperatures, and following FIFO.

Responsibilities

• Prepares Hot Choice Buffet products, including Carving and Display Cooking products, according to Golden Corral recipes and procedures.
• Grills all items according to Golden Corral standards to ensure quality.
• Ensures that every fried product is always fresh and hot.
• If the Buffet Attendant is unavailable, the Cook restocks the items at the Display Cooking Station.
• If the Carver is unavailable, assists guests with carved meat options.
• Maintains correct temperatures of all products during cooking, holding and serving.
