Responsibilities

• Prepares Hot Choice Buffet products, according to Golden Corral recipes and procedures.
• Grills all items according to Golden Corral standards to ensure quality.
• Keeps fried products fresh and hot.
• Restocks items at Display Cooking Station when needed.
• Assists guests with carved meat options when Carver unavailable.
• Follows buffet production system to ensure quality and shelf life.
• Maintains correct temperatures during cooking, holding and serving.
• Manages inventory using production guides and FIFO.
• Conducts opening and closing administrative procedures.
• Maintains equipment per maintenance manual.
• Restocks and rotates food using FIFO.
• Ensures Hot Cook area and small wares are clean; checks dishes for cleanliness.
• Performs CSQ responsibilities and duty roster.
• Follows local health department laws.
• Keeps Char Grill clean for quality and sanitation.
• Ensures all Hot Choice Buffet products stay hot and fresh for guests.
• Adheres to just-in-time delivery responsibilities.
• Maintains professional guest communication.
• Performs other duties to ensure a pleasurable dining experience.
