Responsibilities include preparing buffet items, grilling to standards, restocking when needed, assisting with carving, and maintaining FIFO inventory. You will work under a franchisee, with emphasis on guest service and food safety.

• Grills items to Golden Corral standards.
• Restocks display cooking station when needed.
• Assists guests with carved meat options when Carver is unavailable.
• Maintains FIFO inventory and follows production guides for quality and shelf life.
