Job summary

Robinwood Retirement Community is seeking a Utility Buffet Server to create welcoming dining experiences for residents during the evening service window. You will greet guests, present menu options, take accurate orders, and tailor portions to individual preferences.

Maintain a clean, safe exhibition line and support the kitchen team with tasks as needed while upholding high sanitation standards and responsive resident communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service is not required, but helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests with warmth and present menu options clearly.
• Take accurate orders and tailor portion sizes to individual preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and handle dishware to prevent breakage.
• Keep the exhibition line attended and visually appealing during meal hours.
• Respond to feedback professionally and escalate issues as needed.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely, including pizza ovens and sharp tools.
• Complete support tasks as assigned by Executive/Sous Chef and uphold sanitation standards.
