Job summary

Robinwood Retirement Community in Hudson, OH seeks a friendly Utility Buffet Server to create welcoming dining experiences for residents. You’ll greet guests, present menu options, take accurate orders, and help maintain a clean, safe serving area during dinner service from 5:00pm to 7:00pm, Monday through Friday.

No prior work experience is required. You must be at least 18, able to communicate in English, and obtain any local food handler permits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English with residents, guests, and employees.
• Ability to secure required food handler permits as required by local ordinances within two weeks of hire.
• No previous work experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming dining experience by greeting residents and guests, presenting menu options, taking accurate orders, and tailoring portion sizes.
• Maintain cleanliness and handle dishware to prevent breakage.
• Keep the exhibition line attended and visually appealing during meal hours.
• Respond to feedback professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely, including pizza ovens and sharp tools, following safety standards.
