Responsabilités

• Prepares Hot Choice Buffet items per Golden Corral recipes and procedures.
• Grills items to Golden Corral standards for quality.
• Keeps fried products fresh and hot at all times.
• Restocks items at the Display Cooking Station when needed.
• Assists guests with carved meat options when Carver is unavailable.
• Follows FIFO and uses production guides to ensure quality and shelf life.
• Maintains correct temperatures during cooking, holding, and serving.
• Completes opening and closing administrative procedures.
• Keeps equipment clean and maintained per manual.
• Keeps buffet area clean and maintains sanitation standards.
• Maintains professional communication with guests.
