Golden Corral is seeking a Cook to join our team at a fast-paced buffet location. You will be responsible for preparing Hot Choice Buffet items, grilling to the brand standards, and ensuring all foods are cooked, hot, fresh, and up to quality expectations.

You will maintain strict cleanliness, follow safety guidelines, and assist guests with product information while collaborating with a supportive team to deliver a pleasurable dining experience.

Qualifications

• Previous cooking experience in a fast-paced restaurant or kitchen.
• Knowledge of cooking techniques, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow recipes and instructions with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepares Hot Choice Buffet products, including Carving and Display Cooking products, according to Golden Corral recipes and procedures.
• Grills all items according to Golden Corral standards to ensure quality.
• Restocks items at the Display Cooking Station when needed or if the Buffet Attendant is unavailable.
• Maintains correct temperatures during cooking, holding and serving.
• Keeps kitchen area clean and organized; follows CSQ responsibilities and health regulations.
• Assists guests with products and provides friendly, professional service.
