International Motors in Woodridge, IL, seeks a Business Transformation Financial Consultant to own budgeting, drive financial visibility, and improve operations. You will establish processes from scratch and manage site budgeting, forecasting, and reporting with Power BI and Excel.

You'll work closely with Operations and Finance leaders to monitor spending, analyze variances, and deliver actionable insights for leadership. Independent, proactive, and structured work style is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting required.
• 2+ years finance experience; 5+ years acceptable.
• Experience budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Own the budgeting process for the Woodridge facility, including development and ongoing management.
• Monitor budgets vs. actuals, analyze variances, and report financial status to leadership.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards in Power BI and Excel to improve visibility.
• Support forecasting and long-term capital planning with Operations and Finance.
• Oversee intercompany accounting, reconciliation, and asset integrity.
• Translate data into insights and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Identify gaps and drive standardized, efficient financial processes.
