Job summary

TekWissen is seeking a Lead Financial Analyst in Illinois to drive financial planning, forecasting, and governance for major transformation programs. You will partner with vendors, Purchasing, and Project Accounting to ensure accurate forecasts and robust controls.

The role requires extensive experience in FP&A, capital projects, and executive reporting, with strong Excel and SAP capabilities. A hybrid work arrangement is available in the Lake Forest/Mettawa area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in financial analysis, project accounting, FP&A, or related finance functions.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Experience with large-scale technology, digital, ERP, CRM, or transformation programs.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, capitalization, controls, variance analysis, and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and maintenance of program budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
• Independently manage monthly forecasting, actuals reporting, variance analyses, and reconciliations.
• Drive month-, quarter-, year-end planning activities.
• Manage capitalization processes, capital requests, and asset tracking with Project Accounting.
• Serve as primary financial contact for Project One and other strategic programs.
• Review/vendor invoices against SOWs, POs, and budgets.
• Partner with Purchasing to support SOW reviews and PO creation/approval.
• Collaborate with Project Accounting on project setup, funding, capitalization, and closeouts.
• Monitor vendor spend, contracts, forecasts, and funding utilization.
• Prepare executive financial reports, funding updates, and governance materials.
