Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years finance experience or
• Master's degree with 1+ year experience or
• 5+ years finance experience required.

Responsibilities

• Own the budgeting process for the Woodridge facility, including development, planning, tracking and ongoing management.
• Monitor budgets vs actuals, analyze variances, identify risks and opportunities, report financial status to leadership.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel to improve visibility on budgets and expenses.
• Support forecasting, financial planning, and long-term capital investment planning with Operations and Finance.
• Oversee intercompany accounting and reconciliation activities to ensure accurate reporting.
• Translate data into actionable insights; explain trends and variances to leadership.
• Drive process improvements to standardize budgeting, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency.
• Take initiative to build structured processes and drive deliverables independently.
• Evaluate financial business cases and capital requests to align resources with priorities.
