Budget Specialist is responsible for developing, monitoring, and analyzing program, grant, and organizational budgets. This position partners with program leadership, finance staff, and business development personnel to prepare grant budgets, contract budgets, budget modifications, funding proposals, financial reports, and budget narratives. The Budget Specialist will support funding opportunities by developing accurate cost projections and ensuring compliance with grant and contract requirements.
The ideal candidate will possess experience in non-profit budgeting, grant financial management, government funding, and program budget development. Candidates should demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate financial information to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.

Experience developing and managing grant, contract budgets and working with federal, state, local government, and/or foundation-funded programs preferred.
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in budgeting, financial analysis, grant budgeting, or grant management, preferably within a non-profit or human services environment.
