Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. is seeking a Cost Billing Specialist in Harrisburg to apply cost accounting principles and deliver detailed expense and revenue information. This role reports to the office and is a full-time hourly position.
Responsibilities include preparing cost reports, developing forecasts, issuing invoices, and leveraging multiple software systems to support program objectives while improving processes for accuracy and efficiency. Nonprofit sector experience is a plus.
Position is located in Harrisburg, PA; must be able to report to the office.

Summary of Position: Cost Billing Specialist applies the principles of cost accounting to provide detailed expense and revenue information beyond what is supplied by the general ledge.
