Qualifications

• Two years of experience in budget support, financial administration, grants administration, or accounting.
• Public-sector or federally funded program experience preferred.
• Experience with CMS grants or federal healthcare funding is a plus.
• Familiarity with state financial rules and reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day budget tracking, reconciliation, and monitoring of program expenditures.
• Prepare budget summaries, expenditure reports, forecasting tools, and dashboards.
• Compile financial data and supporting documentation for CMS reports and federal submissions.
• Track grant compliance deadlines and maintain calendars of reporting requirements.
• Review invoices, reimbursement requests, and financial documentation for accuracy.
• Support audit readiness and internal financial reviews.
