Job summary

Systems Intelligence, an Akima company, is seeking a Financial Management Analyst to support the AFNWC/FM division at Kirtland AFB. The role emphasizes funds management, regulatory compliance, and financial reporting to senior leadership while ensuring data integrity across government accounting systems.

You will develop forecasts, conduct trend analyses, and prepare briefing charts and reports to inform budget decisions and program management reviews.

Qualifications

• Active SECRET security clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; Master's preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant experience; 2+ years in an acquisition program office.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with fiscal laws and funding policies (Purpose Statute, Bona Fide Needs, Anti‑Deficiency Act, FMR 7000.14).
• Manage and organize the Financial Management Records Plan and related documentation.
• Provide financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to the AFNWC/FM division with data integrity.
• Monitor budgeted fund usage and coordinate with program managers and senior leaders.
• Develop and maintain forecasts, trend analyses, and reports on funds, expenses, and obligations.
• Create specialized spreadsheets and financial models to support decision‑making.
