Qualifications

• Minimum relevant experience: >7 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice and technical assistance in annual budgets preparation.
• Measure organizational performance and budget effects of programs and policies.
• Review budget estimates for completeness, accuracy, and conformance with procedures.
• May conduct cost-benefit analyses to review funding methods and tradeoffs.
• Examine past budgets and research economic/financial developments affecting spending.
• Develop guidelines and policies for budget formulation and maintenance.
• Potentially train staff on new budget procedures.
