Job summary

Old Dominion Strategies, LLC seeks a Budget Analyst in Washington, DC to manage revenue streams from protective security officer fees and related costs. You will analyze billing, obligations, expenditures, and support migration to G-Invoicing, working within DHS frameworks.

The role requires on-site work, strong MS Excel skills, and the ability to produce dashboards and financial reports. DHS suitability and U.S. citizenship are prerequisites.

Qualifications

• Experience with budget analysis, revenue management, billing, collections, and financial reconciliation.
• Experience researching and resolving billing discrepancies and aged receivables.
• Ability to prepare financial dashboards and budget reports.

Responsibilities

• Analyze revenue estimation, billing, collections, and expenditures.
• Develop recommendations to improve revenue oversight and dashboard reporting.
• Coordinate monthly billing questions with FPS Headquarters and Finance Center.
• Lead G-Invoicing migration assessment documentation and workload analysis.
• Maintain accurate budget files and create guides for revenue processes.
• Reconcile financial system and contract data; research billing issues.
• Assist with Open Commitment Report preparation and contract modifications.
