Alpha Omega Integration, LLC is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support our DHS customer in Arlington, VA. The role involves maintaining contractual and budget documents, preparing market research, and coordinating with IT program managers and CORs during monthly invoice reviews.

Candidates should have 5–9 years of federal finance experience, excellent Excel skills, and DHS public trust eligibility. This onsite position offers a competitive salary range ($93,000–$130,000) and comprehensive

Qualifications

• 5–9 years of professional finance experience.
• Experience with the Federal Acquisition process.
• Excellent MS Excel skills.
• Strong skills with Visual Basic and MS Access for data sets.
• Experience in DHS financial management processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain contractual documents over the life of the project.
• Maintain acquisition and contract files within the Branch Repository.
• Support the preparation of OAQ required documentation, including market research and justification documents.
• Create, submit, track and report status of IT Service Requests (ITSR) and IT Change Request (ITCR) as needed for Acquisition Support.
• Document the customer invoicing and payment process supporting the Government.
• Facilitate and lead discussions with IT Program Managers and CORs in the monthly invoice review.
• Attend and participate in management reviews, serving as point of contact for addressing inquiries related to project funds prioritization and allocation.
