Job summary

Old Dominion Strategies LLC is seeking a Budget Analyst to support FPS revenue management, budgeting and reporting. The role covers billing, collections, obligations and expenditures, with emphasis on G-Invoicing migration in the Washington, DC area.

The position requires experience in budget analysis and financial reconciliation, with strong Excel and SharePoint skills. On-site work is expected in Washington, DC, with occasional travel and DHS suitability considerations.

Qualifications

• Experience in budget analysis, revenue management, billing, collections and financial reconciliation.
• Experience researching and resolving billing discrepancies and aged receivables.
• Ability to analyze revenue lifecycle, reconcile data and research discrepancies.
• Ability to prepare dashboards, reports and process documentation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze revenue estimation, billing, collections, obligations and expenditures.
• Develop recommendations to improve Zone revenue oversight and coordinate with HQ teams.
• Coordinate monthly billing questions and prepare analyses for billing issues.
• Create monthly revenue dashboards with regional HQ revenue teams.
• Lead documentation of the G-Invoicing migration assessment and workflow analysis.
• Maintain accurate budget files and develop guides for revenue processes.
• Reconcile billing and financial data with DHS directives and open commitments.
• Monitor contract modifications and requisitions via Budget inbox.
