Job summary

  • Experience in accounting and/or bookkeeping.

Responsibilities

  • Provide budget and administrative support to College of Education departments and programs.
  • Prepare and submit journal entries, check deposits, and other budget-related documentation.
  • Monitor departmental accounts payable and receivable.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to budget transactions and account activity.
  • Coordinate with faculty and university offices regarding the budgetary aspects of contracts and partnership agreements.
  • Oversee grant and scholarship account activity to ensure revenues and expenses are accurately allocated.
  • Reconcile and submit faculty and adjunct payments and maintain related documentation.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned in support of the College of Education.
