Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution required; master’s preferred.
• Minimum eight years of progressively responsible experience in administration or related field.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex projects with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex cross-functional projects from planning to implementation.
• Provide administrative leadership to advance strategic priorities.
• Supervise designated staff and coordinate across OUE and university partners.
• Develop tools and processes to support execution and accountability.
• Monitor progress, risks, and outcomes; report to leadership.
