Republic Services is seeking a Business Unit Finance Manager to lead financial planning, forecasting and performance management for assigned markets in the Greater Detroit area. You will partner with General Managers to drive decision support and financial rigor across budgets and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications
- 8 to 12 years of FP&A, corporate finance or finance business partnering experience.
- MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint proficiency; experience with planning systems.
Responsibilities
- Leads financial modeling and analysis to forecast impact of decisions and investments.
- Develops models driving strategic decisions and profitability insights.
- Drives budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for assigned markets.
- Standardizes reporting for speed, accuracy, and insights.
- Supports pricing, bids, and market development projects with finance input.
- Partners with corporate functions to identify risks and opportunities.
- Manages audits and special finance projects.
- Ensures internal controls and reporting deadlines are met.
- Attracts and develops finance talent across responsibilities.
