Kinder's in Walnut Creek is seeking a BU Finance Lead to partner with the GM, owning the BU's financial plan and driving profitable growth. You will coordinate across Sales, Ops, and R&D, lead forecasts, and steer investment decisions to maximize margin and cash, while building a high-performing finance team.

Lead the annual plan, drive driver-based forecasting, and partner across functions to ensure resources align with strategy and risk is managed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in finance, FP&A and BU finance in CPG or FMCG.
• Proven lead finance partner to a GM or P&L owner.
• CPG P&L economics: trade, promos, revenue growth, COGS, costing, working capital.
• Experience with major retail channels (Walmart, Costco, etc.).
• Driver-based planning and modeling; Anaplan, Circana/IRI, SAP a plus.
• Confident communicator; influences senior leaders and drives decisions.
• Thrives in fast-paced, founder-led environments with speed over perfection.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics; MBA/CPA preferred.
• Regular in-office presence in Walnut Creek.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary finance partner to the GM; co-own BU financial commitments.
• Translate BU strategy into targets, priorities, and resource allocation.
• Lead BU planning, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Integrate with Ops, Sales, and R&D to align financial decisions.
• Drive margin, productivity, and working capital improvements.
• Lead and develop BU finance team members where applicable.
• Manage post‑investment reviews and scale successful initiatives.
