KinderCare is seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner to guide FP&A across regional leadership. You will drive budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis, translating data into actionable plans across the field organization.

You will partner with Regional VPs, District Leaders, and cross-functional teams to challenge assumptions, model scenarios, and present clear financial insights to executives. A strong background in finance and advanced Excel/Power BI skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field is required; MBA is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or a similar role in a medium to large company.
• Proven capability in budgeting, forecasting, and operational financial analysis.
• Experience building and/or interpreting complex financial models; strong understanding of accounting principles and FP&A processes.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; experience with Power BI datasets is important.

• Lead and support the annual budgeting and ongoing forecasting cycles for assigned regions.
• Communicate financial insights, assess feedback, and resolve issues in a timely and collaborative manner.
• Conduct in-depth financial performance analysis, investigate variances, and identify root drivers.
• Present clear, actionable financial updates to field and corporate leadership.
• Partner with business leaders to evaluate options, model scenarios, and develop strategies that achieve goals.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities using financial and operational data; prepare executive-level materials.
• Support ad hoc analysis, reporting, and financial modeling, and assist with special projects.
