Job summary

Brooks is seeking a Manager of Margin Strategy & Business Optimization in the United States to drive profitable growth by identifying, quantifying, prioritizing, and executing gross margin improvement opportunities across pricing, product cost, and strategic initiatives. You will partner with Product Management, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance and Engineering to translate insights into action.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field.
5+ years of experience in product management, data analytics, operations, finance, engineering, supply chain, or related function.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Strong understanding of financial concepts including gross margin, pricing, cost structures, inventory valuation, and profitability analysis.
Demonstrated ability to work with complex datasets and translate findings into business actions.
Strong communication and executive presentation skills.
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.

Responsibilities

Identify and quantify gross margin improvement opportunities across the Vacuum Automation business.
Build financial models and business cases to support decision making.
Drive execution of approved margin initiatives from opportunity identification through realization.
